DeepGym ("we", "us", "our") operates the deepgym.io website and the DeepGym open source library. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect

When you visit our website we may collect standard web analytics data such as page views, referral source, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

If you contact us by email we store the contents of that communication to respond to your inquiry.

If you use the DeepGym library locally, no data is sent to us. The library runs entirely on your machine.

How we use your information

We use collected information to understand how people find and use our website, to respond to inquiries, and to improve our product. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Third party services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy focused, cookieless analytics. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to data processed by their infrastructure.

If you use integrations such as HuggingFace Hub through the library, those services have their own privacy policies that apply to your use of them.

Data retention

Web analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Email communications are retained as long as necessary to address your inquiry and then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@deepgym.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
